A new accountancy practice, MW Finman Ltd, has launched in Southwest London to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) gain greater control over their finances and improve commercial performance.

Founded by local business owner Mike Wong, MW Finman is aimed at SMEs seeking clearer financial information, stronger systems, and better insight into their business performance.

The firm will work with companies across London, with a particular focus on trades, property, and service-based businesses.

Wong said: “The accounts tell you what happened, but business owners also need to understand what is happening now.

“Owners need to know their numbers before somebody else does – whether that is the bank, HMRC, a supplier, a potential buyer, or simply the market.”

Wong exited a block management portfolio in 2015 after a period of restructuring, systems improvements, and an operational turnaround.

MW Finman will provide accounting, tax, and advisory services, including management reporting, cash flow support, Xero-based systems, pricing reviews, cost control, and practical support to inform better commercial decisions.
