Ten members of DM Hall’s rural, commercial and residential property teams have completed the National Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales to raise funds for its charity partners.
Funds raised will support the Royal Scottish Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RSABI), which provides practical, emotional and financial assistance to people in Scottish agriculture, as well as DM Hall’s charity partners, the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Homeless Project Scotland.
Donald Yellowley, Rural Partner at DM Hall, said: “Completing the National Three Peaks Challenge was a significant effort for everyone involved. The focus and teamwork shown over the weekend were key to completing the challenge.
“It also provided an opportunity to bring together colleagues from different departments across Scotland.”
The DM Hall team began the challenge at Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in Wales, continued to Scafell Pike in England, and finished on Ben Nevis in Scotland.
Andrew Sinclair, a participant in the challenge and a trustee of RSABI, said: “The commitment shown by the team will help RSABI continue to provide practical, emotional and financial support to people across Scottish agriculture. The funds raised will support people who need assistance to access it when needed.”
The team raised more than £7,000, allocated as follows: RSABI received around £4,500, SAMH approximately £2,000, and Homeless Project Scotland £451.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is the latest in a series of fundraising initiatives by DM Hall staff, highlighting the firm’s ongoing support for charities and communities across Scotland.
