Haydock Finance has strengthened its senior leadership team with two key internal promotions as the asset finance provider pushes ahead with its growth strategy.
Andrea O’Brien has been named Sales Director after more than 26 years in the asset finance sector, including 24 years at Haydock.
She has been central to expanding and consolidating the firm’s broker partner network while leading the Broker Sales Division.
In her new role, she will take on strategic responsibility for the sales function and report to Andy Taylor, Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
O’Brien said: “I am incredibly proud to take on the role of Sales Director at Haydock Finance.
“Having spent much of my career with the business, I’ve seen first-hand the strength of our people, our relationships and our commitment to supporting introducers and their SME clients.
“I’m looking forward to working with our talented teams to build our success and continue delivering sustainable growth.”
Haydock has also appointed Alistair Brew as Finance Director, reflecting his rapid rise through the company’s finance ranks since joining in February 2021.
Brew initially joined as a Commercial Finance Analyst before moving to Commercial Finance Manager and then Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
He has been closely involved in strengthening financial planning, sharpening commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.
As Finance Director, Brew will oversee Haydock’s financial strategy and funding operations, with a focus on maintaining the company’s capacity to support SMEs and deliver on its long-term growth plans.
He said: “Haydock has a strong vision for the future, and I am excited to help shape the next phase of its transformation journey.
“By combining technology, innovation and business change, we can build on the excellent progress already made and create even greater experiences for introducers, SMEs, and our team.”
