SYTECH has implemented several key strategic changes in the last year to drive growth across the business, resulting in a notable 18.2% uplift in revenue and a 39% hike in margin for the company.

Significantly, the business has made numerous strategic enhancements to its staff roster, including the appointments of a Head of People and Culture, Non-Exec Director, Corporate Strategy Advisor and Training Manager. By implementing a refreshed talent acquisition strategy, the company hopes to attract top-tier talent while championing diversity and inclusion.

SYTECH has also invested substantially in the upskilling and development of employees with leadership workshops, where employees are encouraged to pursue external training and industry certifications, further solidifying SYTECH’s reputation for developing top talent.  

With a strong emphasis on mental health and wellbeing, the company offers extensive assistance, counselling and internally promotes mental health practices, culminating in a future-ready workforce, poised to guide the company into its next era.

SYTECH also increased its marketing activity internally by a significant margin and put its current PR campaign in the hands of Zeus PR, an award-winning agency based in Congleton, Cheshire.
