NEW AND DIGITAL’S GLASGOW BOSS SEEKS TO BUILD 100-STRONG TEAM
AND Digital has appointed Peter Dale as Club Executive for its new club in Glasgow, which opened its doors last month.
This is the second club to be launched in Scotland, following the rapid expansion of its first base in Edinburgh.
AND Digital is a multi-award winning tech company that accelerates digital delivery for its clients by helping them close their digital skills gaps through its ‘club model’ approach.
Peter’s responsibilities will be to set up and lead the Glasgow club by building an 100-strong team of product analysts, software developers and designers over the next 12 months.
The new club will work with a range of clients across financial services, media and leisure.
Peter has been a senior tech professional for over 14 years for well-known companies such as CGI, Clydesdale Bank, Airpoint and Sword Ciboodle.
Paramjit Uppal, CEO and founder of AND Digital, said: “We believe it takes more than tech or data alone to win.
“Technology and digital services don’t build themselves: it takes the right people, set up in the right environment, to deliver, manage and continuously improve it.
“That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Peter as the Club Executive of our new Glasgow club. He brings a blend of enterprise and agile experience, coupled with a strong understanding of tech and product, and of building high performing teams.”
Peter Dale, added: “I’m really looking forward to joining AND Digital at this pivotal time in its growth journey, particularly as it looks to further expand its client base across the UK and Europe.
“What appealed to me about this role was AND’s unique approach of putting people at the heart of everything it does.
“Operating using the ‘club model’ will enable us to deliver a boutique experience, but with all the support and capabilities of a larger company.”
AND Digital works with clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, media, telecommunications, retail, hospitality and the public sector. It has 12 UK offices (known as “clubs”) and one in Amsterdam.
