James Locker appointed Chief of Client Partnerships at AND Digital

AND Digital has appointed James Locker (pictured above) as its new Chief of Client Partnerships for the Yorkshire region, a strategic role aimed at deepening relationships with existing clients while cultivating new opportunities across one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital hubs.
Locker brings a wealth of experience in technology and consulting, with a particular focus on the Yorkshire market and the North East more broadly. Since joining AND in 2018, he has held several key roles including Head of Delivery and Service, and more recently, he has been responsible for the development of AND’s strategic clients.
As Chief of Client Partnerships for Yorkshire, Locker will be responsible for enhancing existing customer partnerships while identifying new opportunities for growth. He will work to align AND’s deep technical capabilities with the specific needs of Yorkshire-based organisations, ensuring tailored and impactful solutions.
Additionally, Locker will champion the region as a centre of digital excellence, both within AND Digital and across the broader business community.

The Yorkshire region is a pivotal part of AND’s UK business, with over 150 employees based across two clubs in Leeds and one in Halifax. AND partners with major regional clients including SKY, Lloyds Banking Group, and Leeds Building Society.
With Locker now at the helm, AND’s Yorkshire club will continue to focus on nurturing local tech talent while helping customers and communities close their digital skills gaps.
As part of this next phase of growth, the Yorkshire clubs will also double down on building exceptional digital solutions and expanding its expertise in data. The team will work closely with AND’s Alliance partners to deliver cutting-edge, collaborative outcomes, helping clients unlock greater value from their digital investments, while continuing to grow our presence and impact across the region.
