Increase in new work for leading visual marketing company after successful campaign

A leading Derby business has seen its workload increase substantially after hugely successful campaigns with top Learning and Development companies across the UK.
Visual marketing agency Briight has received critical acclaim for creating bold and eye-catching training videos for employees at councils, energy companies, transport sectors and supermarkets.
Briight, which has been successfully applying its marketing strategies and engaging content creation in the learning and development field since 2018, says that, currently, 70% of their work is creating content for companies that want to invest in their staff and engage their employees, and demand for this service is growing fast.
Briight co-founder Drew Taylour-Davis said: “Every big organisation knows the value of investing in its people, and learning and development – L&D – is a big part of that.
But the way in which it’s delivered needs to be effective. Investing in proper training videos and visual content, featuring staff, professional actors and blending all of that with great visual storytelling, animation, and motion graphics, is key to keeping staff engaged.”
According to the eLearning Industry, companies that invest in learning and development are 59 per cent more likely to experience growth and consistently report higher learner engagement, lower staff turnover and better leadership scores.
Fellow co-founder Rob Dawes said: “Our job is to bring the fun to L&D with our videos and content, which makes the training far more engaging and more than just a box-checking exercise.
With remote working, organisations spread globally, and a world where we’re becoming increasingly reliant on artificial intelligence, it’s important to retain that human element in establishing workplace culture.”
Briight have helped t-three, one of the UK’s leading L&D companies, with their own marketing and to deliver award-winning people development programmes for Sainsbury’s, Transport for London and Mitie. The video content they created was fundamental in successfully delivering training to employees nationwide.
Recently, one of the companies Briight have been working with is Simply Brilliance -an online platform which enables visitors to access brilliant HR and learning and development providers with ease.
Thanks to a successful launch campaign, ongoing marketing campaigns, a wealth of strong visual content and pay-per-click ads, Briight has been critical in driving traffic from HR and L&D professionals to Simply Brilliance, connecting the likes of BrewDog and Nationwide Building Society with approved training suppliers.
Simply Brilliance praised Briight for its work. Alison Tansey, founder of Simply Brilliance, said: “It’s amazing how many comments I receive about our incredible brand and marketing.
It’s even better seeing the thousands of people now using the Simply Brilliance platform each month. Proof that Briight are incredible at what they do.”
Briight is one of the fastest-growing visual marketing agencies in the East Midlands and has worked with Microsoft, the BBC and sausage-maker Heck. Over the past 12 months, it has undergone a huge transformation and, earlier this month; it unveiled its recently renovated studio that will be used to create more memorable marketing content and engaging videos.
