Holmes Mackillop announces quartet of promotions

 

Holmes Mackillop Solicitors has announced a quartet of promotions from solicitor to senior solicitor.

The four promoted personnel are: Grant Cairnduff (pictured above) based in the firm’s Milngavie office and specialising in property and private client matters; Hannah McKay, in the Johnstone office and specialising in residential conveyancing; Mark Joseph, also based in the Johnstone office, specialising in private client matters and Rachel Loose, in the firm’s Glasgow office, and specialising in corporate law.

Congratulating the quartet on their promotions, practice manager Carol Ann McKellar, said: “Each of these promotions is richly deserved. Grant, Hannah, Mark and Rachel have all proven their ability to enhance significantly our offering to clients through their expertise and dedication and demonstrate the depth and breadth of that offering throughout the West of Scotland.”

In addition, Zainab Ifzal has completed her traineeship and is now working as a solicitor in the firm’s Ayr office, in support of director Peter McNamara, while Caroline Morrison, Morag McDonald and Laura Campbell recently completed The Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) qualification in cashroom accounting, and Melanie Sutherland, Carol Laird and Catherine Smith all obtained paralegal status, with Alison Kinnaird due to qualify shortly.

McKellar added: “As a firm, we are proud to promote and encourage all our staff to obtain or enhance their qualifications and enhance the expert advice and counsel they can offer to our clients.”
