TheBusinessDesk is set to host an exclusive lunch on Thursday, June 18, offering an update on the ongoing regeneration of Market Square House in Nottingham.

The event, which will be held at Bar Esca, will bring together property professionals, occupiers and business leaders to hear how the landmark building is being repositioned.

Overlooking Old Market Square, Market Square House occupies a prominent position at the centre of the city’s commercial and leisure district.

The scheme is due to undergo a multi-million-pound refurbishment, with work scheduled to begin in March 2027.

Guests will be welcomed with a drink and tapas lunch, before having the opportunity to network with professionals from across the East Midlands and hear from those involved in the project.

Speakers will include Leila Gold of Push & Pull Brands, who is involved with Market Square House, alongside the development’s architects.

They will outline the design approach and discuss the next stages of the project.
