NW-based Tika, the pioneering life admin app, has expanded its offering through a new partnership with leading physical and mental fitness platform WithU Training, reinforcing its commitment to supporting businesses in strengthening workplace wellbeing and bolstering employee productivity.

The collaboration allows Tika users to access one year of complimentary membership to WithU’s leading digital platform, which offers more than 1,000 guided workouts across 20 disciplines. The initiative follows a growing workplace trend towards holistic wellbeing, combining both physical health and mental resilience, particularly during the winter months.

To qualify for the benefit, Tika users need to upload four documents within the app, after which they can activate their 12-month access to WithU Training.
