The Franchise Club recently hosted the 1st British QSR Franchise Awards 2025.

The British QSR Franchise Awards are a premier event celebrating the finest in food brands and franchisees across the UK. It offers a platform for participants from all over the country to vie for top honours.

Research shows that in 2024 there were 48,000 franchise businesses operating across the UK which help contribute billions to the UK economy. Franchise businesses are a major employment opportunity with 621,000 people employed within franchising, a 70% increase in the last 10 years. 

Franchises have proven to be a great opportunity for up and coming entrepreneurs as one in five franchises launched in the UK were set up by investors under the age of 30.

The Franchise Club is a collaborative platform brought to you by Franchise With Us and Oceanic Media. The first ever awards took place on Monday the 20th of January at the Belfry in Sutton Coldfield

 The event showcased brands of all sizes from household names like Dominos who won Best Franchisor of the Year & Popeyes Louisiana kitchen who were crowned Global QSR Brand of the Year

It also shined a spotlight on emerging brands such as the Hamilton Based Boss Pizza who won Emerging Pizza Brand of the Year. Burger & Sauce were double winners taking home Burger Brand of the Year & Growth Brand of the Year.
