Tribera takes over the Midlands with explosive growth & new talent
Posted On March , 2024
Fast growing Brummie creative content agency, Tribera is leading the charge in the Midlands marketing landscape, after another year of significant growth with both client wins and new hires on the cards.
The agency achieved a record turnover of £4.4 million in 2024, with the year climaxing with a prestigious European Content Award for Medium Agency of The Year.
As Birmingham becomes a hotspot for the creative industry with the forthcoming opening of the Creative Content Hub in Digbeth, the award-winning agency has secured some of the biggest brands in the UK to its client base.
With an impressive turnover achievement and the agency itself growing 33% in the last year, Tribera’s newest clients include Costa Coffee, LloydsPharmacy, Linnaeus (part of the Mars Group), Greene King and The Royal Mint.
Such client growth has led to 12 new hires in the past year, including an experienced Head of Client Services and Finance Director, as well as five new Tribe members to its expanding social department.
To accommodate its larger team and foster a more collaborative and productive work environment, Tribera has also upgraded to a modern new office in the iconic Alpha building overlooking Birmingham’s city centre.
More than just a workspace, this inspiring location is poised to be a creative powerhouse, equipped with a studio for photography, content creation, videography, podcasting, and more – aligning with the agency’s commitment to its creative-first approach.
Tribera’s 2023 accolades are notable, including the coveted ‘Best Use of Social’ title at the UK Digital PR Awards, and Social Media Content Campaign of The Year at the European Content Awards for its established WD-40 social campaign.
Additionally, the agency’s inclusion in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list is a testament to the exceptional value placed on the team and the distinctive culture it’s developed.
Speaking on the agency’s success, managing director at Tribera, Fran Nolan (pictured aboce), comments: “We take great pride in the accomplishments of our team over the past 12 months. The rapid growth we’ve experienced is a testament to the talent, dedication, and hard work of our amazing team, who are the backbone of our success – and the trust and support our clients have given us.
At Tribera, we prioritise creative excellence and delivering a first-class service – but what truly sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to the wellbeing and motivation of our Tribe, placing them at the forefront of everything we do.”
She added: “Our organisational culture remains a core element of Tribera. Our flexible work environment and a 32-hour work week are designed to foster a healthy work-life balance for our entire team, ensuring that the quality and creativity of our work are not compromised.”
Founded in 2019 by industry specialists, Fran Nolan and André Picart – Tribera has defied startup norms. In its first year of trading, it achieved a £1 million turnover and has since evolved into a hub for the industry’s top talent, specialising in strategic support, digital, content, PR, social, and creative.
As the progressive creative agency looks to the future, plans are underway as it gears up for its own re-brand in 2024, marking another chapter in its quest to becoming a pioneering independent force in the Midlands.
