Briar Homes Limited is wholly owned by A S Homes (Scotland) Limited, a long standing Glasgow based house building company with wide expertise in the field of private house building and community building projects.

They work in conjunction with Housing Growth Partnership – a social impact investor backed by Lloyds Bank and the Homes & Communities Agency to help address housing affordability by providing support to the regional residential development community to increase the number of new homes built.

COLDWELLS BUILDING COMPANY (ALFORD)

This family run business was founded in 2016 to provide exceptional service and uncompromising quality for visionary clients who share a passion for attention to detail and belief in doing things differently.

Co founder Ross Booth involved in every stage of the design and build process, project managing and driving each build from start to finish. His wife Clare is the company director and administrator, where her responsibilities include client liaison, document preparation, sales and marketing as well as being the first port of call for customers.

TINY HOUSE SCOTLAND (LINLITHGOW)

Tiny House Scotland was founded by Jonathan Avery in 2014 who designs and builds the ultimate in tiny houses, unique micro architecture of the highest quality. Jonathan brought his 35 years of craftsmanship and a passion architecture and green ecological design.

CEDAR DEVELOPMENTS (EDINBURGH)

Cedar Developments are an Edinburgh property renovation company specialising in boutique, high quality home renovations, home extensions, shopfitting, and bespoke joinery. Through their many years of experience they have created a multidisciplinary team to serve clients home design and renovation projects. 

Their team is there to help guide clients through the project to meet their needs. All their work is analysed and planned by the Cedar management team to ensure our services run efficiently and to the professional standard they deserve. We are certified by the Guild of Master Craftsman and are an Edinburgh Trusted Trader.

WEST DEVELOPMENTS (DUNDEE)

This privately owned and operated Building Company which specialises in small to medium private residential projects. Their in-house’ team of professionals will take the project full circle from inception to completion. They primarily work throughout Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross council areas.

They have the knowledge and expertise as well as established long term relationships with some of the renowned suppliers to bring quality bespoke fixtures, fittings and finishes to their projects all within the realms of a realistic cost.

Dundas is the property development arm of James Walker (Leith) Ltd, a highly respected name in the industry which has been developing homes for almost 150 years. They are committed to providing customers with the best possible service, provide the necessary information and take all the hassle out of buying a home. 

They aim to continually improve the eco credentials of the materials we use. For example, our timber frames are supplied by our sister company which is a signatory to The Timber Trade Federation’s Responsible Sourcing Policy.
