Tika, the pioneering personal admin platform, has reinforced its management team with the appointment of business development professional James Green (pictured above) as Head of Commercial Growth.
James joins Tika with a strong track record in driving commercial growth, having worked with several well-known brands. His career includes time at the internationally recognised neobank Revolut, where he progressed rapidly from Business Development Representative to Senior Account Executive in just three years.
Most recently, he served as Director of Business Growth at Freemarket, a global payments company.
Tika, a pioneering personal admin app, has been launched to help individuals reclaim valuable time, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most in life. The business is led by entrepreneur Sid Sutton, who brings over two decades of experience as a FTSE 100 executive.
Throughout his career, he has invested in and mentored more than 30 SME businesses and served as Chief Executive Officer of Premiership rugby club Sale Sharks. Sid is also the founder of other ventures including 360 Thrive, a business coaching consultancy, and YRDS, one of the fastest growing sports agencies in the UK.
Sid Sutton, Founder of Tika, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome James to the Tika journey. The challenge of personal admin is something everyone can relate to, and communicating that effectively to both businesses and consumers requires top talent. James brings exactly that.”
Speaking on his appointment, James added: “Making time for life is always an appealing idea, and Tika helps turn that into a reality in a way that genuinely resonates with people.
I’m excited to join the team and help communicate the value of the app from a place of real relatability and authenticity. Life admin is something we all deal with, and Tika offers a smart, human solution.
I’m really looking forward to working with Sid and the wider team as we continue to grow the brand and connect with both individuals and businesses.”
Designed to support users in managing their life admin by simplifying everyday tasks, Tika aims to eliminate chaos and foster a calm state of mind, allowing users to engage in more productive and enjoyable activities. The software’s highly innovative, biometrically secure ‘Tikaverse’ enables users to keep life’s essential details and documents in one place, from insurance policies and passport details to energy quotes and NHS numbers.
Acting as a personal assistant, there is no more rummaging through drawers, searching for lost documents or worrying about forgotten bills, just peace of mind knowing everything is easily accessible.
Notably, Tika’s innovative software helps individuals find and connect with their favourite people – friends and family can be added as ‘Sidetiks’, to synchronise calendar events, collaborate on to-do lists, share important documents and set reminders.
Recognising the impact practical life complexities can have in the workplace and on individuals’ mental states, Sid has also introduced Tika for businesses, enabling companies to equip their teams with a tool to remove life admin stress, bolster wellbeing and increase productivity in the business.
In addition to demonstrating a firm commitment to the wellbeing of its team, employers will benefit from a user management portal, monthly reporting, and usage analysis and recommendations.
