Southside Lands Prestigious Honour at National Property Awards
Edinburgh-based Southside Property Management is celebrating after being voted Regional Agency of the Year (Scotland) at the Negotiator Awards 2025.
The firm landed the prestigious honour after impressing the judging panel at the UK’s premier awards for estate and letting agents.
The Southside team were presented with their trophy at a glittering ceremony at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London and it proved to be a night to remember for founder John Davidson and his team, whose client base of landlords in the capital continues to grow.
Not only did they land the regional gold medal, they picked up further national accolades with a bronze in the Property Management Department of the Year category and came ‘highly commended’ in the Property Management Company of the Year.
One of Edinburgh’s top letting agents, Southside is predominantly a long-term rental company but can also provide short-term let services from its base on Nicolson Street during the Edinburgh Festival.
“It goes without saying that we are immensely proud to be recognised in this way,” said Mr Davidson, whose priority is to make the letting and management of rental properties as straight forward and stress-free for clients as possible, while keeping fees fair and transparent.
He added: “Our dedicated team works extremely hard to maintain the highest standards of customer service and this award is theirs. To be voted regional agency of the year is a huge honour for us and underlines the consistently high level of work that everyone at Southside puts in day in, day out.
We were also delighted with our bronze medal in the Property Management Department of the Year category, another great achievement considering there were 27 companies up for the award.
