SEO company Reboot Online has announced the expansion of its senior leadership team with four external appointments following a period of consistent growth.
Joining the team from northern Digital Marketing Agency, IDHL Group, Alexa Cobbold and James Oliver (pictured above), have both been appointed as Digital PR Account Directors who will play a pivotal role in developing strategic PR campaigns and leading PR teams to new heights of achievement.
Prior to joining Reboot, James held similar positions at a number of prominent Digital PR agencies including IDHL Group and Search Labs, whilst Alexa boasts almost a decade of experience at IDHL Group, managing the delivery of creative PR solutions for notable clients across a wide array of industries.
Commenting on her new appointment, Alexa said: “I’m fully prepared to take on a new challenge with Reboot not only to make an impact, but also to share my expertise and industry insights to help shape the company in its exciting time of growth. The four-day work week is an added bonus, and equally compelling is the company’s commitment to a positive work-life balance which has struck a chord with me.”
Reboot further welcomed Angharad Planells as another Digital PR Account Director, bringing a wealth of experience following an 11-year career in senior roles and most recently, Head of PR and Culture at Radioactive PR. With a substantial track record, she has managed a diverse clientele from FTSE 250 companies to startups, including Lloyds Pharmacy. Angharad was also recognised as one of Management Today’s 35 under 35 female leaders in 2022.
Marking the first formal HR function for Reboot, Darci Vivian joins the growing team from Leeds-based Integrated Agency, Jaywing as HR Manager.
Darci’s key responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the senior leadership team to strengthen the company’s people and culture strategy. Her sector-specific expertise will contribute to shaping the business’ overarching HR strategy.
Speaking on her new role, Darci said: “I’m delighted to be joining such a fast-growing and innovative business. My main objectives will encompass fostering a thriving environment that highly esteems talent, implementing effective recruitment strategies as well as prioritising the wellbeing of our valued employees.”
The two roles are newly created in response to a number of new contract wins, including renowned brands like Allianz Direct, and Viator, a subsidiary of TripAdvisor. Reboot’s rapid expansion is further underscored by a significant 32 new hires since the start of 2023.
Announcing the new appointments, Shai Aharony, CEO and founder of Reboot, said: “We are investing in our employees to reflect our ambition and growth, and it’s a real privilege to welcome such high-calibre talent on board. Over the years, we’ve laid the foundation to scale at speed and we are now at the threshold of an exciting phase marked by ambitious growth plans.
This year, we have expanded our in-house expertise and diversified our service offerings to encompass both traditional PR and paid media to provide our clients an integrated approach to public relations, all conveniently housed under one roof.”
