Pocket Planet announces partnership with London’s Air Ambulance Charity

Leisure experience developer Pocket Planet announces today an innovative new charity partnership with London’s Air Ambulance Charity to support its Up Against Time Appeal and beyond. The appeal seeks to raise £15 million to replace their two helicopters, bringing them into service in 2024 and maintaining them for five years.
Pocket Planet is planning to be London’s favourite tourist attraction, with a new retail store and café opening at 500 Oxford Street in spring 2024, and a unique 20,000 square-foot million-plus-visitors-per-year experiential attraction.
The immersive journey through the Pocket Planet miniverse includes iconic buildings, landmarks, and landscapes. Visitors will see London itself stunning places in the UK, and a selection of scenes from around the world.

This partnership is the first of many corporate collaborations for Pocket Planet as we continue preparations for our launch next year, and we hope we’ll be able to support two more carefully selected charities. In addition, Pocket Planet will be collaborating with major corporate brands in the attraction and retail areas as we target one million site visitors each year.”
The new partnership between Pocket Planet and London’s Air Ambulance Charity will offer visitors an immersive and interactive animation of the London Air Ambulance within Pocket Planet’s London model and offer them the opportunity to contribute to the appeal as they experience life on a new scale.
Pocket Planet will also offer official LAA helicopter models at its new 10,000 square-foot retail store, opening in Spring 2024.

Pocket Planet retail and café will open in Spring 2024 and the Pocket Planet attraction will open in early 2025. The charity partnership with London’s Air Ambulance Charity is the first of many innovative and high-profile collaborations that Pocket Planet is planning prior to launch next year.
