NORTH BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT PLOT UP FOR SALE

A commercial development plot within Sighthill’s regeneration project, North Bridge, has been put up for sale or lease.

The North Bridge development is the largest scheme of its kind in the UK and is located a mile north of Glasgow’s city centre.

It comprises over 800 new homes and apartments (a mixture of private homes and mid-market rentals), a state-of-the-art community school campus, a new ‘green’ footbridge across the M8 motorway connecting the city centre to the development, local retail amenities and substantial parkland and green spaces.

The commercial site is located alongside the A803, Springburn Road, one of the main arterial routes connecting the north of Glasgow to the city centre

Adam Honeyman Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, who are marketing the site, said: “Planning permission has been granted for the formation of a 4,000 sq ft commercial unit with car parking. We envisage this will meet a number of occupier requirements, such as café, restaurant, public house or nursery.”
