The team at Cardiff based Lexington Corporate Finance has been bolstered with the appointment of 29 year old Evan Norvill (pictured above) in an executive role. This comes following a record-breaking year for the firm which saw them complete more than £200m of transactions. 

Evan, who joins Lexington after 4 years working at Deloitte, brings with him eight years’ experience in audit practice. His role will focus on advising businesses looking to buy and sell, as well as growth capital deals.

While at Deloitte he focused on external auditing, working with large listed and large private-equity backed clients. He also completed a six-month secondment to the risk advisory division.

Prior to this, Norvill worked at UHY Hacker Young with small and medium sized businesses in an external auditing role.

Lexington Corporate Finance grew its fee income by 40% over the last year and advised on £200m worth of deals. It also became the first firm in the UK to join Eaton Square – an international network of corporate finance advisors.

Norvill’s appointment boosts the company’s headcount to 13 and follows a 12-month period from May 2022 to April 2023) that saw the completion of ten lead advisory transactions.
