DENTAL SCOTLAND CREATES PROGRAMME FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES

Dental group Dental Scotland is launching Project Smile in aid of refugees and asylum seekers in the Southside of Glasgow.
Two of Dental Scotland’s Glasgow practices have invited members of these communities to come in from the 5th of July to the 9th of July.
These practices are Dental Surgery Limited at 461 Victoria Road and Eglinton Dental Care at 4 Maxwell Road.
The aim of Project Smile is to bring these communities together and help inform them of what they are entitled to with regards to dental care.
The children of these refugees will be given a free toothbrush and taught the importance of regular dental visits.
After the launch week Dental Scotland will continue to encourage inclusion and diversity.
