Posted On May , 2023
Birmingham based creative agency, Tribera, has been named as one of the UK’s best employers in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023, which celebrates companies with outstanding employee engagement and workplace happiness.
Tribera was listed in the small organisation category (under 49 employees).
Scoring an impressive 94% for its overall employee engagement score (against an industry score of 73%), the agency also achieved high scores across key areas including Reward and Recognition (93%), Empowerment (91%), Wellbeing (93%) and Job Satisfaction (95%).
Confidence in management achieved a score of 94%, and an impressive 99% of employees stated they are proud to work for Tribera.
Fran Nolan, managing director at Tribera, said: “Tribera is now over four years old and one thing that has always remained at the core of our business has been company culture. As a creative agency, we need to give the right environment for our tribe to thrive and do their best work. So creating somewhere they feel empowered, recognised and valued really matters to us.
We wouldn’t be the agency we are without our team. So for them to score us so highly to make this listing means the world to us.”
The Sunday Times said: Cultural fit drives recruitment at this Birmingham-based creative agency. Known as the “Tribe”, staff share in the company’s approach to creative and fulfilling work – only pitching to clients or brands that excite them. Everyone works a 32-hour week however they see fit, while all-agency monthly meetings are social gatherings too. Tribera is both a Disability Confident Committed and Endometriosis Friendly employer.
