DM Hall is inviting offers for a 0.75-acre parcel of land at Shorehead Road in Newburgh, Fife, with a guide price of £250,000.

Set within a village community offering a strong range of local amenities, including a doctor’s surgery, veterinary practice, post office, mobile bank, primary school, pubs and cafes, the site is positioned in an accessible and well-served location close to the Perthshire border.

Its location provides convenient links to Perth, as well as market towns including Cupar and St Andrews.

Jennifer Campbell, of DM Hall’s rural department, said: “This prime site is within a pretty village location, which is rarely available to the open market and may be suitable for a number of uses and is an exciting offering to the marketplace.”

The land has previously been used for smallholding and as a furniture warehouse. It falls within the village settlement boundary and local development plan, which is available on the Fife Council website.

For viewing enquiries, contact DM Hall’s rural development team at [email protected] or call 01786 833 800.
