Fellow shortlisted surveyors were knocked for six when Shepherd Chartered Surveyors was named Surveyor of the Year at The Scottish Mortgage Awards for a sensational sixth year in a row.

Judged by independent experts, the 2025 Scottish Mortgage Awards celebrates the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish intermediary mortgage market.

The Surveyor of the Year award was judged on the surveying firm operating in Scotland which provides consistently high-quality offering, excellent communication skills, accurate valuations, clear and concise reports and a quick and efficient service.
