Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has made a key appointment in its commercial property management team with the recruitment of Gillian de Almeida (pictured above) as an associate property manager in its busy Glasgow office.

An RICS Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the surveying profession, 16 of them with JLL in a variety of positions, Glaswegian de Almeida received an Honours degree in Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management.

She has specialised in property management for over a decade, during which time she has been responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties.

Of her appointment de Almeida said: “I’m thrilled to join Shepherd’s burgeoning property management team at a time of expansion for the firm and look forward to bolstering its comprehensive range of commercial property and asset management services to the benefit of clients.”
